摘要
目的 了解活性生物滤池及臭氧消毒对污水微生物的影响。方法 于生物滤池及臭氧处理前后取水样测定污水中的细菌总数及粪大肠菌群。结果 活性生物滤池对污水中细菌总数的去除率为 99 99%。臭氧对污水中细菌总数的去除率为 82 13% ,对粪大肠菌群的去除率为 93 2 8%。
Objective To study the treatment effect on microorganism in domestic sewage by activated bio-filter and ozone disinfection.Methods Aerobic bacterial count and fecal coliform in sewage were contrasted before and after activated bio-filter and ozone disinfection treatment.Results After activatetl bio-filter treatment, the removal rate of aerobic bacterial count and fecal coliform was 99.95% and 99.99%; by ozone disinfection, the removal rate was 82.13% and 93.28%,respectively.Conclusion It was effective to remove microorganism in domestic sewage by use of activated bio-filter.The sewage must be disinfected for epidemiologic safety.
