摘要 为节约隧道净空,更多地铁地下隧道内采用刚性悬挂接触网,随着地铁向快速、大编组方向发展,对导线的强度、耐磨性等提出更高要求。根据现场观测和运营工区的统计数据,从磨损分布和磨损形貌两方面,总结某地铁线路刚性悬挂接触网的磨损特征,研究载流磨损的机械磨损和电气磨损机理,设计并实施弓网动态测试,分析刚性悬挂接触线磨损特征形成的原因,得出接触线磨损是网流、弓网接触力和燃弧综合作用的结果的结论。 A growing number of metro systems choose rigid suspension for contact wire to reserve more clearance space in metro tunnel. However, thanks to the latest trend of speed increase and large formation, the contact wire faces the higher requirement for strength and abrasive resistance. The paper looks into the statistics collected directly from site and from operation section, and identifies the wear features of rigidsuspension contact wire from two perspectives – wear distribution and wear appearance. On this basis, it studies the mechanical and the electrified mechanisms for current carrying wear and designs and conducts dynamic inspection on the pantograph and the wire. The cause analysis leads to the conclusions that wire current, pantograph-contact wire interaction and arcing jointly result in the wear.
