摘要
介绍车载轨道状态巡检技术的国内外研究现状,阐述我国自行研制的车载轨道状态巡检系统的功能及特点,该系统主要针对轨道存在的钢轨表面擦伤、扣件异常、轨枕掉块、轨道板裂纹及线路有异物等现象进行检测,分为图像采集、图像分析、数据管理3个模块。简述目前巡检技术在我国铁路日常检测中的运用状况和作业模式,提出今后需要进一步深化研究的领域。
The paper reviews the research progress of onboard patrol inspection technologies on rail status in both China and beyond. On this basis, it introduces the functions and features of the domestically-developed onboard patrol inspection system for rail status. With three modules for image collection, image analysis and data management, the system targets the potential scratch on surface, fasterning abnormality, sleeper spalling, loose tie cracking and foreign objects on track, etc. The paper then summarizes the operation and working mode in the routine inspection in China and proposes the potential areas for further study.
