摘要
本文基于2011~2014年沪深A股"一带一路"概念股上市公司年度研究数据,探讨"一带一路"战略建设对企业价值的影响。研究表明,"一带一路"战略建设促进了企业价值的提高;基于产权性质进一步研究发现,相比于非国有控股企业,"一带一路"战略建设更能显著促进国有控股企业价值的提高。
Based on'The Belt and Road'concept stock listed in A share market from 2011 to 2014, this paper investigates the impact of the strategy on firm value. We find that, the strategy implementation could improve firm value, especially in SOEs.These findings provide empirical evidence to the consequence of 'The Belt and Road'strategy on firm level, and provide the reference for the perfection of'The Belt and Road'strategy.
