摘要
本试验观察研究了新生犊牛免疫不同口蹄疫三价疫苗后的抗体变化规律,试验结果表明,经过两次免疫的新生犊牛口蹄疫O型和亚洲Ⅰ型的抗体效价和保护率相对较高,A型抗体效价和保护率较低,在满6月龄时需要进行第三次免疫。本试验为新生犊牛口蹄疫疫苗免疫程序的建立提供依据。
To establish FMD imnaune program about newborn calves, this study was vaccinated results. Experiment results showed that antibody level and prote which was vaccinated twice, but antibody level and protection rate of A was vaccine was indispensable for the new immune prograrn about newborn calves. monitored the antibody level which ction rate was high in O and Asial, lower than O and Asial. The third vaccine was indispensable for the new immune program about newborn calves.
