摘要
随着人们生活水平的日益提高,人均乳制品的消费水平已经作为衡量一个国家生活水平的指标之一,可见乳制品的消费在人们日常生活中扮演者越来越重要的角色。本研究的目的在于,以调查问卷的形式,对甘肃本地广大乳制品消费者的消费行为做调查,通过数据统计和分析,找出其影响乳制品消费的主导因素。通过数据分析表明,影响甘肃本地乳制品消费者消费的主导因素为乳制品的品质与品牌。同时,消费者对乳产品的认知度和消费习惯对乳制品的消费也有重要影响。
With the increasing living standard of people, the per capita consumption level of dairy products has been used as a measure of the pet capita Jiving standard of a country. It can be seen that the consumption of dairy products plays an increasingly important role in people's daily life. The purpose of this study was to investigate the consumption behavior of consumers in Gansu by means of questionnaire, and to find out the dominant factors that affect the consumption of dairy products through statistical analysis and analysis. Through the data analysis, results showsed that the main factors affecting the consumption of local dairy products in Gansu was the quality and brand of dairy products. At the same time, consumer awareness of milk products and consumption habits of dairy consumption also had an important impact.
