大隐静脉传统剥脱术与激光治疗大隐静脉曲张的临床对比观察

目的探索大隐静脉传统剥脱术与激光治疗在大隐静脉曲张中的治疗效果差异。方法在我院于2015年7月~2016年7月间收治的大隐静脉曲张患者中随机抽取出25例作为本次研究的观察对象,根据治疗方法的不同将患者分入到传统组(大隐静脉传统剥脱术治疗)和激光组(腔内激光治疗),对比分析两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、术后疼痛程度、并发症发生率等指标值。结果激光组患者的手术时间、术后下床活动时间、住院时间均比传统组患者更短,且激光组患者的术中出血量少,P<0.05;术后1d、3d的VAS评分上,激光组患者比传统组更低,且术后并发症发生率7.69%低于传统组的50.0%,P<0.05。结论腔内激光治疗用于大隐静脉曲张的治疗中效果确切,手术创伤小,患者术后恢复快,且术后基本无切口,能满足患者的美观需求,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the traditional great saphenous vein stripping surgery and laser therapy in the treat- ment of varicosis of great saphenous vein in the treatment effect difference. Methods From July 2015 to July 2016 in our hospital were varicose vein patients were randomly extracted 25 cases as the research object of observation, according to the different treatment methods were divided into the traditional group （traditional great saphenous vein stripping surgery （Group） and laser cavity laser therapy） , comparative analysis of the operation time the operation, the two groups of patients with bleeding, hospitalization time, postoperative pain, complications and index value. Results The operative time, the laser group after ambulation time and hospitalization time were shorter than the traditional group, and the group of patients with hemorrhage of laser less, P 〈 0.05 ; After 1 D, 3 D VAS score, the laser group than the traditional group is lower, the incidence rate was 7.69% lower than that of the traditional group 50% and postoperative complications,P 〈0. 05. Conclusion En- dovenous laser treatment for varicose vein in the treatment of definite surgical trauma, postoperative recovery, and postopera- tive incision, can meet the aesthetic demands of patients, it is worthy of popularization and application.
