综合护理干预对糖尿病患者疗效的观察

Observation of therapeutic effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus

目的观察综合护理干预对糖尿病患者疗效的影响。方法选取本院收治的糖尿病患者124例,按照不同护理方法将其分成常规护理组与综合护理组各62例,常规护理组给予常规护理干预,综合护理组给予综合护理干预,对比两组患者护理干预后的临床疗效。结果综合护理组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白数均低于常规护理组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);常规护理组的总有效率为82.3%,综合护理组的总有效率为95.2%,综合护理组明显高于常规护理组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预可明显提升糖尿病患者的临床疗效,值得推广与应用。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods 124 patients with diabetes in our hospital were selected, according to the different nursing methods will be divid- ed into routine nursing group with general nursing group with 62 cases in each group, the routine nursing group were given routine nursing intervention, the intervention group received comprehensive nursing intervention, the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients after nursing intervention. Results The intervention group patients with fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose and glyeosylated hemoglobin were significantly lower than conventional nursing group, there was statistically significant difference （P 〈 O. 05 ） ;Routine nursing group the total efficiency is 82. 3%, the comprehensive nurs- ing group in the total efficiency of 95.2%, the comprehensive nursing group was significantly higher than that of the conven- tional nursing group. There was statistically significant difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing inter- vention can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of patients with diabetes,it is worthy of promotion and application.
