人性化护理在脑外伤护理中的效果观察

Observation on the effect of humanistic nursing in the nursing of traumatic brain injury

目的探讨人性化护理在脑外伤护理中的效果。方法回顾性分析2016年3月~2016年10月392例脑外伤患者,依据就诊顺序随机分成对照组与观察组,对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者实施人性化护理,观察2组患者护理服务质量评分、护理满意度及住院时间。结果观察组护理后沟通、健康教育、护理操作、护理服务态度方面的护理评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理总满意度与对照组比较提高(P<0.05);观察组住院时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理在脑外伤护理中具有明显效果,可改善护理满意度,缩短住院时间,临床推广应用价值高。

Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic nursing in the nursing of traumatic brain injury. Methods A retrospective analysis of 392 cases of patients with traumatic brain injury from March 2016 to October 2016 in our hos- pital, according to the order of treatment were randomly divided into control group and observation group, control group were treated with routine nursing, the observation group were implemented humane care, observation of 2 groups of patients with nursing quality score, nursing satisfaction and hospitalization time. Results The observation group after nursing communi- cation, health education, nursing score nursing, nursing service attitude were significantly higher than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ;The observation group nursing satisfaction improved significantly compared with the control group （P 〈 0. 05 ） ;The observation group hospitalization time was significantly less than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The human- ized nursing has obvious effect in the nursing of brain injury, can improve the nursing satisfaction, shorten the length of stay, and has high clinical application value.
