电极材料对接触辉光放电电解的影响(英文)

The Role of Anode Material in Contact Glow Discharge Electrolysis

摘要 通过监测辉光放电产生过程中的电流、电压变化,对比分析特征电压随电解液电导率的变化,考察不同电极材料(铂、不锈钢、钨、钛)对接触辉光放电电解(CGDE)的影响.结果表明,电解液初始电导率为1.0-8.0m S/cm时,临界电压随电解液初始电导率的增大逐渐减小,最后趋于常数.电解液初始电导率为3.0 m S/cm、电极直径分别为0.5 mm铂丝、不锈钢丝、钨丝、钛丝时,辉光放电等离子体产生的临界电压分别为500、491、530和540 V.同时考察了电极材料对CGDE产生过氧化氢和降解酸性橙的影响,并对其能量效率进行对比分析. The role of anode material in contact glow discharge electrolysis(CGDE) was investigated.Platinum, stainless steel, tungsten and titanium wire with same diameter were used in CGDE reactor with Na_2SO_4 solution as the supporting electrolyte, respectively. When the initial conductivity was 3.0 m S/cm,the value of VDwas 500, 491, 530 and 540 V with platinum, stainless steel, tungsten and titanium wire as the anode. In addition, the effect of anode material on hydrogen peroxide formation and dye discoloration with acid orange(AO) as the model pollutants was also focused on. Furthermore, the energy efficiency for H_2O_2 formation and AO decolorization was also calculated and compared.
