大学生生涯适应力与家庭背景的相关性分析

Research on the Relevance between Career Adaptability and Family Backgrounds of College and University Students

家庭背景是大学生生涯适应力形成的关键因素。本研究对全国23所大学3059名大学生进行了问卷调查,分析了大学生生涯适应与家庭背景的相关性。结果表明,大学生生涯关注、生涯好奇与父母亲的文化程度、职业类别均具有显著关联性,生涯控制水平仅与父亲的职业类别显著相关,而与父亲文化程度、母亲文化程度、母亲的职业类别无关,而其生涯自信仅与父亲、母亲的职业类别显著相关。文章最后指出了该发现对当前高校大学生生涯辅导工作的启示。

Family background is the key factor for the formation of career adaptability of college and university students. This article conducts a questionnaire survey of 3059 students from 23 colleges and universities nationwide and analyses the relevance between their career adaptability and family backgrounds. Survey data show that there is evident relevance between the students＇ career focus and career curiosity and their parents＇ education and occupations while the career guidance only has obvious relevance with fathers＇ occupations, but has not any relation with education of both parents and occupations of mothers, and at the same time the career confidence is only closely connected with the occupations of parents. In the epilogue, the article points out the reference of this survey to the current career guidance of colleges and universities to their students.
