摘要
针对首次开展的执业医师分阶段考第一阶段考试实证研究,深入剖析该制度在推进"医教协同"总体战略部署科学实施的重要作用,以及在实施过程中存在的主要问题,对分阶段考第一阶段考试制度的设计提出建议。考核目标要与教学目标相一致,第一阶段考试内容与教学内容不能相脱离;考核内容与教学进程相一致,不能过度拔高考试难度、方式和范围;考核主体要与教育主体相一致,特别是需要医院的积极参与与支持。
The important role of the first-stage exam of staged examination system for practicing doctors is deeplyanalyzed in advance of medicine-teaching-examination cooperation strategic deployment on the base of the firstempirical study on the system. The problems are analyzed in the course of implementation and suggestions areproposed aiming at the design of the system. The exam objective should be consistent with the teaching goal, andcontent of the first-stage exam and teaching content cannot be separated from each other. Exam content should beconsistent with the teaching process, and exam difficulty, way and scope cannot be unduly raised. The exam subjectshould be consistent with the subject of education, and active participation and support from hospitals are neededspecially.
