中医学生社区实践教学模式的创新与探索 被引量:1

摘要 社区卫生服务实践已越来越引起医学教育界的关注。上海中医药大学在全国中医药院校中率先开展了社区实践教学活动,通过30多年的不断探索与实践,逐步构建了"基本体验、专题实践和主动提升3个阶段","职业胜任和专业提升、社会责任和人文关怀两个维度"的多元化、递进式、早期介入健康服务的实践模式,培养学生的社会责任感与职业胜任能力。调查显示,社区实践教学活动得到了师生的普遍认可。 Community health services practice is increasingly attracting the attention of medical educational world.Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine has taken the lead of carrying out these teaching activities inearly days. The practice modes as three stages including fundamental experience, subject practice and advancedactively, and two dimensions including professional competency and professional promotion, and socialresponsibility and humanity thought have been constructed, which are diversified, progressive and early inintervention of healthy service. The modes are aiming at training students' social responsibility and ability ofprofessional competence. The community health services practice is commonly agreed by teachers and students.
