国际中医药教育师资培训模式探索

Training mode for international teachers in education of Chinese medicine

摘要 国际中医药教育发展的逐步成熟、规范,迫切需要构建起具有高水平专业知识、教育理论、教学能力和职业素养的师资人才库。国际中医药教育师资培训项目的设计与实施,立足于指导教学实践,由专业知识、教育理论、教学技能、中医文化4个模块组成,通过集中培训、在线培训的形式,有效提升海外中医药教师的教学效能,为世界中医药的发展提供智力支持。 International TCM education has been gradually thriving to perfection and standardization. It is long forthe establishment of teaching talent pool with high-level professional knowledge, excellent educational theories,teaching ability and career competence. The design and implementation of international TCM education trainingprogram is based on teaching practice guidance consisted of 4 modules including professional knowledge,educational theories, teaching skills and TCM culture. It has significantly promoted the teaching competence ofteachers on TCM oversea and provided intelligence support to TCM development in the world as a whole.
