教育部来华留学中医药英语师资培训模式初探

Training mode for foreign teachers of TCM English sponsored by the Ministry of Education

教育部来华留学英语师资培训中心(中医药学)自2012年设立以来,已组织开展了4期培训。教育部来华留学英语师资培训班(中医药学)紧密围绕来华留学中医药专业英语教学,针对中医药学英语授课要点和技巧、留学生学习特点、中医药专业的教学特殊性等关键问题,制定培训方案。从培训目的、培训内容、培训形式等方面介绍了教育部来华留学中医药英语师资培训的培训模式,提出了以培训活动服务于教学实践为培训理念,注重英语、教学和专业(中医药)三大培训主题的有机结合,着重突出语言培训的来华留学中医药英语师资培训模式并针对培训的效果反馈提出发展建议。

The training center for foreign English teachers（Chinese medicine） of the Ministry of Education hascarried out 4 training classes since 2012. The training scheme formulated by the center tightly around professionalEnglish of Chinese medicine and aiming at the key points and skills of TCM English lessons, characteristics offoreign students and particularity of TCM teaching. The training mode is introduced from the aspects of trainingobjective, content and forms, and training activities serving for teaching practice as training idea, and organicintegration of English, teaching and specialty（TCM） are introduced too. The language training is emphasizedmainly in this training mode, and the suggestions are presented based on feedbacks.
