矮小症患儿生长激素激发试验的不良反应及护理方案

Adverse reactions and nursing plan of growth hormone stimulation test in children with short stature

目的探究矮小症患儿生长激素激发试验的不良反应及护理措施。方法对照组在生长激素激发试验时予以常规临床护理，观察组予以预防性护理干预，观察对比两组试验期间不良反应发生情况及护理满意度。结果观察组试验期间不良反应发生率为9．4％，明显低于对照组的30．2％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。观察组护理总满意率为90．6％，高于对照组的75．5％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论预防性护理干预可进一步降低矮小症患儿在生长激素激发试验中发生的不良反应，且可提高护理满意度。

Objective To investigate the adverse reactions and nursing measures of growth hormone stimulation test in children with short stature. Methods The control group was given routine clinical nursing care during the growth hormone stimulation test, while the observation group was given preventive nursing intervention. And the incidence of adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of adverse reactions during the test of the observation group was 9.4%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group （30.2%） （P〈0.05）. The overall satisfaction rate was 90.6% in the observation group and 75.5% in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Preventive nursing intervention can further reduce adverse reactions in children with short stature during growth hormone stimulation test, and improve nursing satisfaction.
