摘要 目的:回顾分析我院急诊科134例急性有机磷农药中毒患者的临床资料,观察阿托品微量泵持续使用的疗效。方法 :对134例急诊有机磷农药中毒进行回顾性分析,将134例患者分为观察组(n=67,阿托品化后使用小剂量阿托品持续微量泵泵入)和对照组(n=67,采用传统阿托品分次静脉注射方法)。对两组患者阿托品用量、阿托品中毒、胆碱酯酶回升时间、中间综合征、治愈率进行统计和比较。结果 :观察组阿托品用量、阿托品中毒例数、24 h胆碱酯酶回升例数、中间综合征例数均少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:急性有机磷农药中毒患者入院阿托品化后,持续泵入疗效可靠,不良反应发生率低,剂量易控制,明显降低了医护人员的工作强度,小剂量泵入优于传统治疗方法。 Objective:To retrospectively analyze the clinical data from 134 cases of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning in emergency department of our hospital,and observe the curative effect of continuous use of atropine micro pump.Methods:Data from 134 cases of acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning were retrospectively analyzed.All the patients were divided into an observation group(n=67,small doses of atropine administered by continuous micro pump) and a control group(n=67,fractional intravenous injection of atropine).Atropine dosage,cases of atropine poisoning and cholinesterase recovery in 24 hour,intermediate syndrome,cure rate were statistically compared.Results:Atropine dosage,cases of atropine poisoning and cholinesterase recovery in 24 hours,and the number of intermediate syndrome were less in the observation group than in the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Atropine micro pumping for the treatment of patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning possesses reliable efficacy,lower incidence of adverse reactions and easier control of dosage,can obviously reduce the working strength of the medical staff,and this method is superior to the traditional method of treatment.
