高校科技成果转化平台体制机制创新研究——以南邮校地研究院为例

Research on the institutional and mechanism innovation of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in universities: a case study of Research Institute of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications

当前,高校众多科研成果都被束之高阁,并没有转化为生产力,科技成果转化难、科技成果转化率低已成为高校普遍遇到的难题。为此,南京邮电大学勇于尝试探索,构建高校科技成果转化新平台——南邮校地研究院。文章旨在以南邮校地研究院为例,分析了当前科技成果转化存在的问题,探讨了高校科技成果转化平台体制机制构建。

At present, many scientific research achievements in colleges and universities have been shelved, and are not transformed into productive forces. The fact that it is difficult for the scientific and technological achievements to be transferred into the productive forces has became a common problem encountered by the universities and colleges. To tackle this problem, Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications endeavor to explore and build a new platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities-Research Institute of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications. This article analyzes the problems existing in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, and discusses the institutional mechanism of the transformation of scientific and technological achievements in colleges and universities.
