摘要
文章对售后汽车配件包装管理工作进行了分类,将入库包装管理工作依照工作的先后顺序分成了3部分:入库包装、在库翻包装、出库集合包装,针对其中复杂度较高的部分——入库包装的工作进行了详细的阐述,并分析了其特点和难点,对不同业务量级下的业务模式提出了相应的管理策略。
This article classifies the packaging management of after-sale auto parts by dividing the inbound packaging management into three parts: inbound packaging, distribution centre repacking work and outbound packaging. The features and difficulties of the inbound packaging and the corresponding management strategy for the business model are also expounded in this article.
