摘要 随着电子商务的的快速发展,电子商务模式不单局限于传统商务渠道中,也逐渐出现把渠道与B2C平台相互融合的发展趋势。必须注意,物流服务在不同程度上制约电子商务企业的发展,有些拥有物流服务优势的电商企业不仅要满足原有业务以外,也应为该平台的零售商提供一定的物流服务。基于上述背景下,如何确保以上两种模式之间的平衡,并促进商流与物流协调发展,成为电子商务行业有待研究的问题。本论文以电子商务的特点及其发展现状为研究视角,深入分析B2C电子商务下商流与物流之间的关系,藉此创建B2C电子商务超网络模型,以期促进企业电子商务的广泛应用和发展。 With the rapid development of e-commerce, e-commerce model is not only limited to tradition- al business channels, also gradually appear the channels and the development trend of B2C platform for mutual fusion. Must pay attention to, the logistics services in the different degree restricts the development of e-commerce companies, some with the advantage of logistics service electricity enterprise should not only meet the original business, also want to the platform retailers provide logistics services. Based on the above background, how to ensure the balanced development between the above two models, and promote the business flow and logistics of the coordinated development, become the main problems to be studied in the e-commerce industry. The study on the characteristics and the current situation of the development of electronic commerce as a research perspective, in-depth analysis of B2C e-commerce under the relationship between the business flow and logistics, in order to create the B2C e-commerce super net- work model, in order to promote the wide application of e-commerce and enterprise development.
