摘要
文中介绍了一种低压差线性稳压器电路,为使芯片安全、可靠工作在此低压差线性稳压器结构上增加过流、过压保护电路。本电路使用TSMC0.25um CMOS工艺设计,在Cadence Spectre仿真环境下的仿真结果表明过压保护阈值为4.728 V,过压恢复阈值为4.536 V,过流保护电路在电流大于2A时起作用。
This paperintroduces a kind of low dropout linear regulator circuit. In order to make the circuit work reliably, we device the over-current circuit and over-voltage circuit. The circuit was implemented in TSMC 0.25u m CMOS technology.Cadence Spectre simulation result shows that the over-vohage threshold-vohageis 4.728 V.The recovery voltage is 4.536 V.Over-eurrent protection circuit will work when the current is greater than 2 A.
