摘要 针对目前预应力混凝土管桩完整性检测的必要性以及现有检测方法的局限性,研制了基于声纳扫描成像技术的管桩声纳扫描检测系统,介绍了声纳连续旋转扫描管壁成像的原理,给出了声纳扫描仪的整体设计方案,详细阐述了主要功能模块的电路原理图和控制器的软件实现方法,最后进行了室内模拟管桩和工程现场管桩的测试实验。实验表明,研制的声纳扫描检测系统能实时测量显示管桩的轮廓,准确定位并量化管桩的缺陷,具有便携、低功耗、稳定等优异的性能和良好的市场应用前景。 In view of the necessity of the integrity testing of the prestressed concrete pipe pile and the limitation of the existing detection methods, we developed the detection system of pipe pile sonar based on the sonar scan imaging technology. First we introduced the principle of sonar continuous rotating scanning tube wall imaging, and then we designed the sonar scan imaging instrument, the circuit principle dia- gram of the main function module and the software implementation method of the controller are described in detail. Finally the indoor simulation pipe pile test and real engineering pipe pile test was developed. Experiments show that our sonar scan detection system can measure the profile of the pipe pile in real time, and can accurately pinpoint and quantize the defects of pipe pile. It has the advantages of portability, low power consumption, stability and the good market application prospect.
