基于工作流引擎的不动产登记平台的设计与研究

Design and research of the real estate registration platform based on workflow engine

为了实现不动产进行登记的需求,提出了一种基于业务流程管理(BPM)工作流引擎的的不动产登记系统方案,并完成系统的业务流程和软件设计。该系统的业务流程部分采用IBM的process designer工作流设计平台进行设计,软件部分基于MVC系统架构进行编程,能够完成对不动产登记案件的办理、初审、复审、核定、登簿、缮证、发证等操作流程。实际应用表明,该系统具有操作简便、页面简洁、运行流畅稳定的特点,达到了设计要求。

In order to realize the demand for registration of real estate, a scheme of real estate registration system based on business process management （BPM） is proposed, and the business process and soft- ware design of the system are completed. The part of business process of the system is designed by using process designer workflow of IBM designing platform, the part of software programming is based on the MVC system architecture, the platform is able to complete the registration of real estate case handling, examination, review, approval, register book, certificates, certification and other operation procedures. The practical application shows that the system has the characteristics of easy operation, simple page, smooth running and stable, and has achieved the design requirements.
