摘要
文中介绍一种新型鼓风干燥箱的设计。主要是根据当前鼓风干燥箱的缺点,有针对性的进行了改进设计,论文主要阐述了系统的整体设计和单元电路的设计,采用单片机作为主控模块,对整个系统进行了完整的设计。经过测试,系统工作稳定、效率高。温度波动不大于±1℃。时间范围在20 min^72 h可调。当控温温度≤200℃时,在24 h内温度变化不大于2℃;当控温温度>200℃时,在24 h内温度变化不高于3℃。双组加热管,根据控温要求启动一组或两组工作,最大功率≤2.5 k W。具有超温、断偶、电源短路等保护及报警功能。
This paper introduces the design of a new type of air blast drying box. Mainly based on the current blast drying box shortcomings, carries on the improvement design, paper mainly expounds the overall design and circuit system, using single-chip microcomputer as the main control module, the whole system is a complete design. After testing, the system works stably and has high efficiency. Temperature fluctuation is not greater than + 1. Time range adjustable in 20 min-72 h. When the temperature control temperature less than 200 DEG C, in 24h the temperature change is not greater than 2 DEG C; when the temperature control temperature 〉200DEG C, 24h temperature is not higher than 3 DEG C. Double heating tube, according to start a group or two groups working temperature control requirements, the maximum power is less than 2.5 kW. With super temperature, broken even, short circuit protection and alarm function.
