根据汽车梁型件的特点,对油箱固定横梁下板的特点及成形工艺做了详细的分析和介绍,并推荐了一种控制梁型件外缘翻边开裂的方法。该制件工艺方案简单可行,较好地满足了制件设计要求,对此类制件的成形工艺设计提供了有益的参考。
According to the characteristics of the automobile beams parts, the product characteristics and forming process of the oil tank fixed beams are analyzed and introduced in detail, and a method to control the crack of the edge of girder is recommended. The product process scheme is simple and feasible, which can meet the requirements of product design better and provide a useful reference for the forming process design of such products.
