Study of Burring Technology for the Fastigiated Canister Parietal Hole

通过对锥筒件侧壁孔翻孔成形工艺进行研究,确定了一次整体成形方案,设计、制造了整体成形模具;经过实际应用,该方案满足了工艺要求,解决了传统单孔翻孔成形所带来的制件质量差、效率低的问题。

Through the study of burring technology for the fastigiated canister parietal hole, the burring technology of integral domain was defined, also the integral domain burring die was designed and maked.After punching experiment,the technology requirements were meet. The question of poor quality and low efficiency result from traditional single hole＇s burring forming was solved.
