摘要
在分析塑件结构及成型工艺的基础上,应用UG NX设计了注射模整体结构。采用了复合的浇注方式,并将主要成型零件设计为组合式,降低了设计和加工难度。实践证明,该模具结构设计合理,加工方便,成型的塑件满足使用要求。
On the basis of analyzing the structure and molding process of the plastic, the mold structure was designed by UG NX. The compound injection way was adopted, and combination pattern was used for mold core and cavity, then the design and processing difficulties were reduced.It was certified that the mold design was reasonable, the mold manufacturing was convenient and the positioned panel can satisfy the requirements of production.
