摘要
ABS齿圈是汽车防抱死制动系统的重要零件,如何生产出高精度、高质量的粉末冶金ABS齿圈是一个非常重要的课题。通过对大直径(φ170mm)、多齿(80齿)的粉末冶金ABS齿圈生产工艺过程的分析,从模具的选材、模具结构(多齿分冲,阶梯结构)、模具间隙、模具尺寸等方面,对ABS齿圈压制模具进行优化设计,使压制模具具有高使用寿命,齿圈齿部密度达到图纸要求,后序的镀锌表面也达到了图纸要求。
