摘要
从模具专业的特征来看,将"工匠精神"融入到专业教学中,是中国制造业转型升级的战略需要,对提升学生专业学习的兴趣,激发学生学习的积极性,提高学生的职业素养、技能水平有重要意义。对工匠精神的内涵进行了简要概述,分析了模具专业教学中融入工匠神的重要性,并以模具拆装实训为例,探讨了模具专业教学中融入工匠精神的策略。
From the characteristics of die ＆ mold specialty, how to integrate ＂craftsman spirit＂ into specialty teaching is the strategic need for the transformation and upgrading of China＇s manufacturing industry. It is of great significance to enhance students＂ interest, stimulate students＂ enthusiasm and improve their professional quality and skill level. Firstly, the paper gives a brief overview of craftsman spirit, analyzes the importance of integrating craftsman spirit into the teaching of die ＆ mold specialty. Then, taking die ＆ mold assembly and disassembly training as an example, the paper puts forward the strategy of integrating craftsman spirit into the teaching of die ＆ mold specialty.
