深圳市不同主要活动场所男男性行为者艾滋病高危行为特点

Survey on the characteristics of AIDS-related high risk behaviors among men who have sex with men in different public areas in Shenzhen

目的了解深圳市男男性接触者(MSM)不同主要活动场所高危行为特征,为MSM行为干预工作提供依据。方法对MSM进行问卷调查和病毒抗体检测。结果本次调查共发放问卷1 200份,收回有效问卷1 166份,有效率为97.17%。根据主要活动场所将1 166名MSM分为3组:酒吧/会所组481人,桑拿/按摩组227人,互联网组458人。互联网组家乡在城市,大学及以上学历,高收入构成比高于其他两组(P<0.05),桑拿/按摩组的在婚/同居构成比最高(P<0.05)。桑拿/按摩组跟男性发生肛交及群交时使用安全套每次都用比率最高(P<0.05),分别是68.16%和74.03%,互联网组在跟男性口交,跟确立关系男友肛交,跟一夜情男性性伴肛交和口交以及跟女友性行为时使用安全套每次都用频率最高(P<0.05)。酒吧/会所组,桑拿/按摩组,互联网组艾滋病知识知晓率分别是76.92%,79.83%,83.38%,互联网组知晓率最高(P<0.05)。结论不同主要活动场所的MSM具有不同的艾滋病高危行为,需针对不同人群采取相应的艾滋病干预策略。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of AIDS-related high risk behaviors among men who have sex with men in different public areas in Shenzhen,and provide the basis for the MSM behavior intervention. Methods The questionnaire investigation and serological examination were conducted among MSM. Results 1 200 questionnaires were distributed in total,1 166 were available,with the available rate of questionnaire of 97.17%. Accorded to the public areas of 1 166 MSM,they were divided into three groups of bar/club group（n=481）,sauna/massage group（n=227）,internet group（n=458）. Internet group had highest proportion with their home in the city,high education level,high income than the other two groups（P〈0.05）. The sauna/massage group had highest percentage of the marriage/cohabitation（P〈0.05）.The rates of use condom every time in the sauna/massage group in anal intercourse with their boyfriends and flock-mate（P〈0.05）were 68.16% and 74.03%,respectively,and were the highest among all groups. And the rates of use condom every time were the highest in the network group in oral intercourse with their boyfriends,anal intercourse with relationship boyfriend,anal and oral intercourse with one night stand male partners,sexual intercourse with their girlfriends（P〈0.05）.The rates of knowing knowledge about AIDS were 76.92%,79.83%,83.38% of bar/club,Sauna/massage,and internet group. The awareness rate of internet group was the highest（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Different public areas of the MSM have different high risk behaviors of AIDS. Accordingly,it is necessary to establish different AIDS intervention strategies for different activities.
