对全身性感染免疫与炎症关系的思考 被引量:14

摘要 全身性感染(sepsis),又称为脓毒症,是感染引发失调的宿主反应导致危及生命的器官功能障碍。尽管近年来在抗生素合理使用、早期积极液体复苏及集束化管理、器官功能支持治疗等方面取得长足进步,全身性感染仍然是感染导致重症患者死亡的主要原因。
