“互联网+”视域下的无缝学习体验设计 被引量:18

摘要 互联网与教育的深度融合是"互联网+教育"的核心理念。无缝学习强调体验学习的连续性,能够满足"互联网+教育"的诉求。文章通过分析无缝学习的内涵,提出了包括无缝学习情境、无缝学习过程和无缝学习体验三要素的三层结构。通过分析发现,无缝学习的连续性不仅体现在学习过程的连贯性上,更体现在学习体验的深度上。基于此,提出了学习体验过程模型,从学习者行为投入、认知过程和情感反应三个维度分析了学习体验由外至内、由浅入深的形成过程。并进一步映射至本能层、行为层、反思层形成无缝学习体验设计框架,内蕴人脑信息加工的层次规律,体现由感官刺激、技术支持和教学设计促进全身心投入学习的体验过程。最后围绕科学探究教学案例介绍了该框架的具体实施。 The deep integration of internet and education is the core idea of "internet +education".Seamless learning, which emphasizes the continuity of experience learning, can meet the demands of "internet + education". This paper proposes a three-tier structure including seamless learning context,seamless learning process and seamless learning experience by analyzing the connotation of seamless learning. Through analysis, it is found that the continuity of seamless learning is not only reflected in the continuity of learning process, but also in the depth of learning experience. Based on this, the paper puts forward a learning experience process model, which analyzes the forming process of learning experience from learners' behavioral engagement, cognitive process and emotional reaction. Then a seamless learning experience design framework is formed after the visceral level, behavioral level and the reflective level are mapped to, which embodies the hierarchy of information processing of human brain and the experience learning process through sensory stimulation, technical support and instructional design. Finally, the concrete implementation of this framework is introduced by a case of scientific inquiry teaching.
