摘要 本试验旨在研究玉米粉碎粒度对肉鸡生产性能、屠宰性能以及消化道指标的影响。试验将玉米用锤片式粉碎机粉碎(筛片孔径:1.5、3.0、4.5 mm),得到几何平均粒径分别为232、319、380μm的3种玉米原料,采用相同的配方及工艺参数加工成含不同粒度玉米的肉鸡饲粮。选用1日龄中速黄羽肉鸡母鸡216只,随机分为3组并分别饲喂上述3种肉鸡饲粮,每组6个重复,每个重复12只鸡,试验期65 d。结果表明:玉米粉碎粒度大小对肉鸡全期的生产性能无显著影响(P>0.05),但饲喂玉米粉碎粒径为319μm饲粮的肉鸡生产性能最佳;玉米粉碎粒度大小对肉鸡屠宰性能无显著影响(P>0.05);肉鸡的肌胃体重指数随着玉米粉碎粒度增加而增大(P<0.05);65日龄肉鸡的回肠体重指数和小肠体重指数随玉米粉碎粒度增加而显著增大(P<0.05)。综上所述,建议配制肉鸡颗粒饲料时采用筛片孔径为3.0 mm锤片式粉碎机粉碎玉米,此条件下玉米几何平均粒径为319μm。 The present study aimed to investigate the effect of corn particle size on the growth and slaughter performance and gastrointestinal indices of broilers. The corn was crushed into three kinds of particle size( 232 μm, 319 μm, 380 μm) by the hummer mill with different apertures( 1.5 mm, 3.0 mm, 4.5 mm), and used for broiler diets following same formula and processing parameters. 216 1-d-old medium-growing yellow broilers were randomly distributed into 3 groups( 12 birds in a replication, 6 replications in a group), and fed with the different diets. The experiment lasted for 65 days, and the results showed that: The size of crushed corn had no significant effect on the growth performance of broilers( P〉0.05), but the broilers fed with diet using corn at size of 319 μm showed the best; The size of crushed corn had no significant effect on slaughter performance( P〉0.05); The proventriculus relative empty weights of broilers had increased with the increase of grain size( P〈0.05), the small intestine relative empty weights and ileum relative empty weights of 65-d-old broilers had significantly increased with the increase of grain size( P〈0.05). In conclusion, these results suggested that corn with a sieve diameter of 319 μm pulverized with a 3.0 mm hammer mill is suitable for pellet feed of broilers.
