摘要
设计了强度等级为C40的PVA-纤维素混杂纤维混凝土,通过试验研究分析了PVA-纤维素混杂纤维对混凝土拌合物坍落度、抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度的影响。研究表明:PVA-纤维素混杂纤维混凝土拌合物坍落度主要受PVA纤维影响,PVA纤维掺量越高,混凝土坍落度损失越大;PVA、纤维素纤维的掺量和比例不同,混杂纤维的增强效果也不同,当PVA和纤维素纤维按1.2 kg/m^3+0.9 kg/m^3混杂时,混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度最高;PVA-纤维素混杂纤维混凝土的抗压强度与劈裂抗拉强度具有较好的幂函数相关关系。
Designed PVA-cellulose hybrid fiber reinforced concrete which strength class is C40.Influence of PVA-cellulose hybrid fiber on concrete mixture slump, compressive strength, splitting tensile strength was studied through the experiment.Research shows that, con- crete mixture slump is mainly affected by PVA fiber, PVA fiber content is higher, slump loss of concrete is greater.Content and proportion are different,hybrid fiber reinforcing effects are also different.When PVA and cellulose fibers are mixed by 1.2 kg/m^3+0.9 kg/m^3,the com- pressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete are the highest.Compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of PVA-cellu- lose hybrid fiber concrete meet the power function correlation.
