钢渣砂浆的强度与电阻率特性试验研究 被引量:3

摘要 为研究钢渣砂浆强度的影响因素,对不同钢渣掺量、不同龄期的钢渣砂浆试块进行无侧限抗压强度测试,同时引入电阻率法对钢渣砂浆试块的电阻率与其损伤程度之间的联系进行探究。结果表明:钢渣砂浆试块的强度随钢渣掺量的增加而减小,钢渣砂浆试块的强度随龄期的增加而增加,并得到强度随钢渣掺量变化、强度随龄期变化的拟合公式;在不同的压力作用下,钢渣砂浆试块的应变发生变化,电阻率随之发生变化;将钢渣砂浆试块在无侧限压力作用下的损伤情况与电阻率的相应变化进行分析,发现可通过电阻率的变化来反映试块的损伤程度。 For studying the influence factors of steel slag cement mortar strength, test the unconfined compressive strength with different dosage of steel slag and ages.Resistivity method, introduced at the same time, to explore the link between the resistivity and the damage de- gree of the steel slag cement mortar.Results show that the strength of the steel slag mortar decreases with the increase of dosage of steel slag, the strength of the steel slag cement mortar increases as the age increases.And also obtain the fitting formula of the strength change with steel slag dosage, the strength changes with age.Under the different pressure, the strain of steel slag cement mortar changes, the resis- tivity changes.Analyze the damage and resistivity changes of the Steel slag mortar under the unconfined pressure, found that the change of resistivity can reflect the damage degree of block.
