校园欺凌的“道德推脱”溯源及其改进策略被引量：19

摘要欺凌问题实质上是道德问题,其发生与发展和"道德推脱"的心理机制联系紧密。"道德推脱"在欺凌行为中的内部作用机制表现为道德认知偏离、道德责任推脱和道德情感冷漠。"道德推脱"在校园欺凌中的外部作用机制表现为欺凌者"道德推脱"中的自我麻痹、旁观者"道德推脱"下的道德抑制、"道德推脱"笼罩下的集体性失语和"道德推脱"背后的欺凌行为加剧。校园欺凌问题的治理从外部施压固然重要,但从"道德推脱"入手对校园欺凌问题进行内部治理才是正本清源的关键:加强以"移情性道德感"为旨趣的道德情感熏陶,注重以"具身化认知"为标准的道德认知引领,建立以"控制与关怀相均衡"为底色的学校环境。
