氟铝交互处理对茶叶主要化学成分的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了探究氟铝交互处理对茶叶主要化学成分的影响,以福建水仙茶苗为试验材料,不同浓度下氟铝交互处理水培30 d后,测定茶苗嫩叶和老叶(成熟叶片)中茶多酚、氨基酸、咖啡碱、黄酮和水浸出物含量。结果表明:老叶和嫩叶在氟铝交互处理下,茶多酚、氨基酸、黄酮、咖啡碱、水浸出物等成分含量呈现一定的规律性。在高氟处理(12 mg/L)下,随着铝的加入,老叶茶多酚、老叶咖啡碱含量和嫩叶水浸出物,B4>C4>D4,逐渐降低;老叶氨基酸和老叶水浸出物含量,B4<C4<D4,呈上升趋势。在高铝处理(80 mg/L)下,随着氟的加入,嫩叶水浸出物含量,D2>D3>D4,逐渐降低。黄酮含量的变化则未发现明显的规律。铝和氟的不同交互比例处理产生不同程度的交互效应,氟铝交互处理对茶树叶片中主要化学成分含量影响差异显著。 In order to explore the influence of interaction of aluminum(Al) and fluorine(F) on the main chemical components of tea, Fujian Shuixian tea seedlings were used as the test materials, and five indices( polyphenols,caffeine, free amino acids, flavonoids and water extracts concentrations) in tender and old leaves were investigated after 30 d in hydroponic culture. The results showed as the follows: In the process of aluminum and fluorine interaction, the contents of above components in tender and old leaves showed a certain regularity. In the treatment of high fluoride(12 mg/L) with the addition of aluminum, the content of polyphenol and caffeine in old leaves, water extract in tender leaves was in the order B4 C4 D4, and the content of amino acid and water extract in old leaves was in the order B4C4D4. In the treatment of high aluminum(80 mg/L) with the addition of fluorine, the content of water extract in tender leaves was in the order D2 D3 D4. The rule of flavonoids chang was not obvious. The variance effect of interaction was correlated to different proportion of A1/F, the effect of aluminum fluoride interaction on the contents of main chemical components in tea leaves was significantly different.
