关于城市商务区道路交通规划的思考——以江阴滨江地区道路交通专项规划为例

Thinking about Road Traffic Planning of Urban Business District

商务区是城市现代化的象征与功能核心,但高强度的开发产生了城市商务区道路交通的特殊性和对其进行理论研究的必要性。在研究了芝加哥、香港等多个城市商务区土地利用特征及交通出行特征的基础上研究城市商务区道路路网规划的总体思路,并以江阴市滨江地区道路交通专项规划为例,进行了区域交通定性分析,对其交通策略的制定和路网交通规划进行了剖析。

Business district is the symbol and function core of urban modernization, but the high strength of development will cause the particularity of road traffic in business district and the necessity of its theoretical study. On the basis of studying the land utilization features and the traffic travel of business districts in Chicago, Hongkong and etc., this paper studies the general idea of road network planning in urban business district, introduces the regional traffic qualitative analysis by the example of Jiangyin City Binjiang District Road Traffic Subject Planning, and analyzes the formulation of traffic strategy and the traffic planning of road network.
