摘要
大跨度预应力混凝土连续梁桥在运营若干年后,容易出现箱梁腹板开裂、顶、底板纵横向裂缝,跨中下挠等病害,这些病害严重影响到桥梁的结构的安全及正常使用。以某淮河大桥为例,介绍了该桥出现的病害情况,分析了病害产生的原因,进行了分阶段的维修改造设计和方案比选,综合考虑结构安全及适用性、运营管理、预期使用寿命、社会影响、风险评估、建设安装费等,建议采用方案二作为此次桥梁维修改造的方案。
The long-span pre-stressed concrete continuous girder bridge is easy to cause the diseases of web cracking of box girder, and vertical and horizontal cracks of top plate and base plate after the operation for several years. These diseases seriously influence the safe and normal use of bridge structure. Taking a bridge on Huaihe River as an example, the article introduces the disease of this bridge, analyzes the disease causes,compares and selects the maintenance reconstruction designs and schemes by stages, and comprehensively considers the structural safety and applicability, operation management, expected service life, social influence, risk assessment and construction installation cost. Scheme II is proposed as the maintenance and reconstruction scheme for this bridge.
