Design and Erection of Catwalk for Dadu River Super-large Bridge of Ya'an-Kangding Expressway

雅康高速大渡河特大桥地处大渡河峡谷地带,山高谷深,气象多变,风环境极其复杂,给猫道设计及施工带来诸多困难。根据以往特大桥猫道设计及架设经验,并结合峡谷地带特殊环境,确定三跨连续式猫道设计,及川内首次采用无人机牵引先导索的施工工艺,对今后的峡谷地带大跨径悬索桥施工具有借鉴意义。

Dadu River Super-large Bridge of Ya'an-Kangding Expressway is located in the Dadu River Valley, where the mountains are high and the valleys are deep. Many difficulties are brought to the design and construction of the catwalk. Based on the previous design and erection experience of the catwalk for the super-large bridges, and combined with the special environment of canyon region, the design of three-span continuous catwalk is determined, and the construction technology of UAV traction pilot cable is firstly used in Sichuan, which can be referred for the construction of long-span suspension bridges in the canyon region.
