摘要 钢筋骨架的制作质量是桥梁工程质量的关键。以宁波象山某高速公路新桥连接线工程为例,介绍了钢筋加工厂地坪施工、功能分区,钢筋骨架胎架制作、加工制作、运输和吊装等施工技术要点。通过改变传统钢筋绑扎施工工艺,采用钢筋骨架工厂化制作和整体吊装施工工艺,可提高工作效率,保证工程质量,实现安全生产。 The manufacture quality of reinforcement skeleton is the key of bridge engineering quality. Taking an expressway new bridge connection line project in Xiangshan of Ningbo as an example, the article introduces the construction technical requirements for the reinforcement processing factory floor construction,function division, reinforcement skeleton tire rack manufacture, processing manufacture, transportation and hoisting. The changing of traditional reinforcement binding construction technology, the adopting of reinforcement skeleton industrialized manufacture and the use of integral hoisting construction technology can improve the work efficiency, guarantee the engineering quality and realize the safe production.
