摘要
上海市合流一期污水总管运行时间长、管状较差,在轨道交通和港城路拓宽施工前,需对其港城路区段进行加固。施工采用的双轮铣搅拌墙工法(CSM工法)是一种新型水泥土深层搅拌工艺,具有成桩质量好、施工场地灵活、环境影响小、施工周期短等优点。为保证工程质量,在施工过程中应做好铣头定位、垂直精度、铣削速度、浆液配制等各项工序控制。通过采用双轮铣搅拌墙工法,在预定工期内完成了工程内容,并达到了预期效果。
The sewage main of Shanghai Combined Sewage Project Phase I is operation for a long time, and the situation of sewage main is worse. The section of Gangcheng Road is required to reinforce before the rail transit and Gangcheng Road are widened. The double-wheel mill mixing wall construction method(CSM)used in the construction is a new deep mixing technology of water clay, and has the advantages of good pile quality, flexible construction site, small environmental influence and short construction period. In order to guarantee the engineering quality, various procedures of milling head positioning, vertical accuracy, milling speed and grout mixing should be controlled very well. The application of double-wheel mill mixing wall construction method can complete the engineering contents in the reserved construction period and achieve the expected effect.
