浅析“一带一路”沿线基础设施PPP投资的风险与应对措施

Elementary Analysis on Investment Risk and Countermeasures for Infrastructure PPP Project along "The Belt and Road"

习近平主席提出的"一带一路"发展战略,给国内基建企业创造了良好的国际化机会,特别是契合现实需要的PPP模式。但是,PPP项目由于时间周期长、投资规模大、交易模式复杂等特点,使得PPP项目比普通的国际总承包项目更具有风险。所以,企业一定要做好前期的调研和实施过程中的风险管控。只有这样,才能降低企业的风险。现就"一带一路"的PPP项目的风险进行若干剖析,并提出应对措施。

The "Belt and Road" development strategy creates the good internationalization opportunity for the capital construction enterprises in China, especially for fitting the actual demand of PPP mode. But the PPP projects have more risk than the general international contracting projects because of long time cycle, large investment scale and complex trading mode. Therefore, the enterprises must do the investigation and survey of the early and the risk control in the implementation process. Only in this way, the risk of enterprise can be reduced. The article analyzes the risk of "the Belt and Road" PPP project, and puts forward the countermeasures.
