凉膈散与中药控释药条联合治疗急性智齿冠周炎的效果分析

Effect Analysis of Liangge Powder Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine of Controlled-Release Strip Treating Acute Pericoronitis

目的:探讨凉膈散与中药控释药条联合治疗急性智齿冠周炎的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年4月-2017年1月医院门诊收治的100例机型智齿冠周炎患者。根据随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各50例。对照组采用凉膈散治疗治疗,观察组采用凉膈散与中药控释药条联合治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、口腔细菌清除情况、临床症状/体征积分及并发症发生率。结果:观察组患者总有效率(92.0%)显著高于对照组(84.0%)(P<0.05)。治疗后3、5 d,两组患者VAS评分均较治疗前有下降,且观察组的VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者口腔细菌数量均明显少于治疗前(P<0.05),但组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组临床症状、体征积分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率(4.0%)显著低于对照组(12.0%)(P<0.05)。结论:凉膈散与中药控释药条联合治疗急性智齿冠周炎疗效确切,可有效缓解疼痛,改善临床体征,安全可靠。

Objective ： To investigate the effect analysis of Liangge Powder combined with traditional Chinese medicine of controlled - release strip treating acute pericoronitis. Methods：From April 2014 to January 2017 in our hospita, 100 cases of patients with type pericoronitis were selected and were randomly divided into observation group （ n = 50） and control group （n = 50）. The control group used Liangge Powder treatment and the observation group were treated with Liangge Powder and traditional Chinese medicine controlled -release drug combination therapy. Clinical curative effect, oral bacterial clearance, clinical symptoms/signs scores and the incidence of complications were compared between two groups. Results：The total efficiency of the observation group （92%） was significantly higher than the control group＇s （84%） （P 〈0. 05 ）. After 3 and 5 days, VAS score of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Before treatment, two groups had no statistically significant difference in the number of patients with oral anaerobic bacteria （P 〉 0.05）. The two groups＇ patients with oral bacteria after treatment were significantly less （P 〈 0.05 ）, but there was no statistically significant difference between two groups （P 〉 0.05）. After treatment, the clinical symptoms and symptom scores of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. The complication rate of observation group （4.0%） was significantly lower than the control group＇s （ 12.0% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Liangge Powder combined with traditional Chinese medicine of controlled - release strip treating acute pericoronitis has curative effect and can effectively relieve pain and improve the clinical symptoms, being safe and reliable.
