银屑病中医体质与辨证分型的相关性探讨

Analysis on Correlation Between TCM Constitutions and Sydnrome Differentiation of Psoriasis

目的:探讨银屑病中医体质与辨证分型的相关性。方法:根据医学界银屑病的诊断标准和纳入依据从医院于2011年3月—2016年8月收治的众多银屑病患者中抽取108例作为本次试验研究对象,由医院医护人员以问卷调查的方式对该批患者进行中医体质与辨证分型,将其分别分为血虚风燥证组、血热风盛证组和血瘀肌肤证组,而后就其分型的相关性进行全面分析。结果:经系统性和深入性分析后,发现银屑病患者多以阴虚质为主要中医体质类型,以血热风盛证为临床主要中医症候,在此之中,血热风盛证患者中阴虚体质以及血虚风燥证患者中气虚体质和血瘀肌肤证患者中瘀血体质均为敏感体质。结论:通常情况下,临床上以清热凉血祛风为治疗银屑病血热风盛证患者的主要方法,除此之外,适当性地对其辅以滋阴补气的保健品也很有必要;以活血祛瘀、舒筋活络为治疗银屑病血瘀肌肤证患者的主要方法;以益气补血治疗银屑病血虚风燥证患者的主要方法。在对银屑病患者进行分型的前提下对其予以针对性的治疗可进一步提高其临床治疗总有效率,值得借鉴和推广。

Objective： To explore the psoriasis constitution and the correlation of syndrome differentiation in TCM.Methods：According to diagnostic criteria of the psoriasis,in our hospital from March 2011 to August 2016,108cases were as the study objects and respectively divided into blood deficiency and wind dryness syndrome group, the blood heat and wind syndrome and blood stasis in skingroup, and make a comprehensive analysis ofits relevance. Results：After systemic and deepanalysis, it is found that patients with psoriasis are mainly Yin deficiencyconstitution type and the blood heat and wind sydnrome is the main TCM syndrome. The blood heat and wind sydnrome patients who were Yin deficiency, the wind deficiency and wind dryness patients who were Qi deficiency and the blood stasis in skin patients who had blood stasis were all sensitive constitutions. Conclusion ： Generally, clearing heat and cooling blood is as the main treatment of patients with psoriasis of blood heat and wind sydnrome. In addition, the appropriateness of its complementary with nourishing Yin and tonifying qiis also very necessary. Activating blood and resolving blood stasis and relaxing the muscles is the main treatment for psoriasis patients with blood stasis in skin syndrome. Tonifying Qi and blood is the main treatment for blood deficiency and wind dryness syndromepatients with psoriasis. In patients with psoriasis under the premise of syndrome differentiation, its targeted treatment can further improve its clinical total effective rate, worthy of reference and promotion.
