脉络宁注射液联合贝那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎临床观察

Clinical Observation of Mailuoning Injection Combined with Benazepril in Treatment of Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的:探索脉络宁注射液联合贝那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)的临床疗效及用药安全性。方法:从2015年8月—2016年8月期间经医院检查确诊的慢性肾小球肾炎患者中随机选择140例纳入临床研究,按照就诊时间编号并将患者分为观察组和对照组两组,各70例。对照组患者单用贝那普利片治疗,观察组患者给予脉络宁注射液联合贝那普片治疗,观察临床治疗效果及不良反应的发生情况,并进行对比分析。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为91.43%,对照组治疗总有效率为72.86%,经分析两组患者治疗总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前肾功能指标即24 h尿蛋白定量、血肌酐、血尿素氮、血浆白蛋白水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而治疗后上述指标均较治疗前明显改善,且两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者不良反应发生率为5.71%,对照组患者不良反应发生率为8.57%。两组所发生不良反应均属轻微,未经特殊处理自行缓解或消失。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:脉络宁注射液联合贝那普利治疗慢性肾小球肾炎疗效确切,可有效改善患者肾脏功能,且不良反应较少,用药安全性高,值得推广、应用。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Mailuoning Injection combined with Benazepril in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis. Methods： A total of 140 cases with chronic glomerulonephritis from August 2015 to August 2016 were randomly divided into two groups in accordance with the treatment time and number, and 70 cases were in each group. The control group was treated with benazepril treatment while the observation group were treated with Mailuoning Injection combined with Benazepril Tablets and observe the efficacy and adverse reactions of the situation, and we carried on the contrast analysis. Results： The total effective rate of the observation group was 91.43% and that of the control group was 72.86% and the total effective rate statistically significant between the two groups （P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no significant difference between the two groups＇renal function index （24 h）, serum creatinine, blood urea nitrogen and plasma albumin level before treatment（P 〉 0. 05）. After treatment, the above indexes were significantly improved compared with those before treatment, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0. 05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 5.71% and that of the control group was 8.57%. Two groups＇adverse reactions were mild, without special treatment to ease or disappear. There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups （ P 〉0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Mailuoning Injection combined with Benazepril in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis is effective and can effectively improve the renal function of patients, with less adverse reactions and high safety. It is worthy of promotion and application.
