摘要
[目的]评价气管插管病人气囊是否放气对胃管一次置管成功率的影响。[方法]检索读秀学术搜索、CNKI、WanFang Data、VIP、Cochrane Library、PubMed,收集有关气管插管病人置胃管时气囊是否放气对置胃管影响的随机对照试验(RCT),提取数据,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行Meta分析。[结果]共纳入6项RCT,408例病人。Meta分析结果显示:与气囊不放气相比,气管插管病人置胃管时气囊放气可提高一次性置管成功率[OR=2.04,95%CI(1.23,3.38,P=0.006)]。[结论]气管插管病人置胃管时气囊放气可以提高一次性置管成功率。但结论有待高质量的RCT加以验证。
Objective：To evaluate the effect of whether the cuff is deflated or not on gastric tube insertion in patient with tracheal intubation.Methods：Duxiu academic search,CNKI,Wanfang data,VIP,Cochrane,PubMed were searched to collect the randomized clinical trials（RCT）about effect of whether the cuff is deflated or not on gastric tube insertion in patients with tracheal intubation.Meta RevMan 5.3 software was used for analysis.Results：A total of 6 articles involving 408 cases were included.Meta-analysis showed that the one-time success rate of inserting gastric tube was higher in cuff deflated group than those in control group [OR=2.04,95%CI（1.23,3.38,P=0.006）].Conclusion：Cuff being deflated can raise one-time success rate for gastric tube insertion in patient with tracheal intubation.
