离子色谱法测定重负荷发动机冷却液中NO^(2-)的方法研究

摘要 含亚硝酸根离子的重负荷冷却液能在一定程度上缓解缸套穴蚀现象。本文采用850Profession型色谱仪对重负荷防冻液中的NO^(2-)含量进行了测定,采用A4-250型离子分析柱,浓度为1.8 mmol/L Na_2CO_3和1.7 mmol/L NaHCO_3的淋洗液以及电导检测器。样品10次重复测定结果的平均值为492.7 ppm,极大值与均值的重复性误差为1.3%,极小值与均值的重复性误差为1.9%,低于国家标准中离子色谱法测定亚硝酸离子的重复性要求≤5.2%。测定结果表明,该方法操作简单、准确性高。 Coolant for heavy duty engine containing nitrite could prevent cavitation corrosion of diesel cylinder liners. In this paper, 850 Profession chromatograph was used to determine the content of NO^(2-)in heavy load antifreeze, as well as adopting A4-250 ion analysis column, leacheate with concentration of 1.8 mmol/L Na_2CO_3 and 1.7 mmol/L NaHCO_3, and conductivity detector. As a result, average value of the sample was tested as 492.7 ppm with 10 times repeated measurements, repeatability error of the maximum and the mean was 1.3%, repeatability error of the minimum and the mean was 1.9%, which was lower than national standrads that the repeated requirement for nitrite ions teasted in ion chromatography method was ≤5.2%. The results showed that this method had advantages of simple operation and high accuracy.
