摘要
随着煤炭工业对采掘机械化的要求逐步提升,同时为了提升采煤机在煤层工作的适应性和可靠性,对滚筒式采煤机截割过程中截割部多体动力进行了深入研究。通过采煤机的滚筒和煤层的相互作用以截割部为研究对象,建立关于截割系统的动力学模型,并对其过程进行仿真分析,重点对其空载情况下、恒扭矩载荷下、变载荷情况下的响应分析进行研究,对以后采煤机动力学特性的研究和提高它的使用寿命和可靠性,实现煤炭高产高效开采具有重要意义。
With gradually increase to the requirement of mining mechanization of coal industry, at the same time in order to improve the adaptability of coal winning machine work in the coal seam and reliability, this paper drum shearer multi-body dynamic cutting process of cutting part were studied. Through the interaction of shearer drum and coal seam as the research object to cutting part about cutting system dynamics model is established, and its process is a series of simulation analysis,focusing on the no-load cases, under the constant torque load and variable load cases the response analysis of the related research, for the motor mechanical characteristics for coal mining research and improve its service life and reliability, realize high yield and high efficiency mining of coal is of great significance
