摘要
大社矿为煤与瓦斯突出矿井,施工高位钻孔进行瓦斯抽采是解决2号煤层瓦斯的有效有段,高位钻孔的施工层位为2号煤层顶板砂岩,岩性硬度大,SGZ-ID、ZYW-1000/135、ZYW-1900R等型号钻机因钻机功率、扭矩等问题,班钻进进尺都达不到30 m,且往往孔深施工达不到设计要求,无法达到高位钻孔有效抽采。针对这一问题,选用ZLJ-1000/1200L型履带式钻机在92622运料巷进行了高位钻孔施工,经过现场使用,总结发现的缺点并进行技术改进,改进后的钻机克服了之前钻机施工的各种缺点,经济效益及安全效果明显。
Dashe mine was the kind of coal and gas outburst mine, construction of high level boreholes for gas extraction was an effective solution to No.2 coal seam gas. The construction layer of high drilling was the roof sandstone of No. 2 coal seam. Considering high rock hardness, rig powers and torques of SGZ-ID, ZYW-1000/135, ZYW-1900 R and other models of drilling rig showed that drilling footage of these drilling rigs was less than 30 m. And usually depth of hole construction couldn't meet the design requirements. Therefore, ZLJ-1000/1200 L crawler drill was used in 92622 transport lane for high level borehole construction. After field service, the disadvantages of this crawler drill was made technological improvement,which overcame various problems of previous rig constructions. At the same time,the results showed that this rig had obvious economic benefits and safety effects.
